The GPL obligates me to make source available for any GPL-licensed binaries in this tree.

By downloading any such binaries from me, you agree that the fair cost of me getting you a copy 
of the source code (which the GPL allows me to charge you for) includes, but is not limited to, 
any time I need to spend researching the details of your request and how to fulfil it (such as 
finding the sources online) at a rate no less than $50 per hour and the bandwidth consumed in 
doing so (including, but not limited to, the webpages and source downloads I make) prorated as 
time from whatever my own costs are.

Note: These expenses are only incurred if you request source code from me.
      Merely downloading the binaries does NOT obligate you to pay anything.
